Everything you need to know before booking THE C BAND for your event.

What areas does The C Band serve?

Our current pricing includes mileage fees for events throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County. If your event is located outside these areas or in another state, please contact us at [email protected] for a customized travel quote.

Is a deposit required to book The C Band?

Yes. Every booking requires a minimum deposit to secure your event date. The deposit is paid online by credit or debit card after your performance agreement has been signed. Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the required deposit has been received.

Will I receive a contract for my event?

Yes. All bookings require a digital performance agreement outlining the services, event details, payment terms, and important booking information. Our digital contract uses secure electronic signature technology to validate the agreement between both parties.

How early does the C band arrive before the performance?

Our standard setup time is approximately 1.5 hours before the scheduled performance. For example, if your show begins at 8:00 PM, our team will normally arrive around 6:30 PM to load in, set up, and prepare for the show.

What music genres are included in your show?

Our Latin Party Band show can include Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Rock en Español, American Hits, and Quebraditas. Upon request, we can also perform softer music such as Ballads, Latin Jazz, and Acoustic Music depending on your event.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available when required by your venue or event organizer. For our Latin Duo and Basic Package, COI is available for an additional fee. For THE C BAND Full Latin Band, COI is included with the package. If your venue requires Additional Insured, Primary and Noncontributory coverage, or other specific endorsements, please send us their complete insurance requirements in advance so our team can review them.
